A respected technology executive, she previously served as Managing Director and Technology Leader at IBM New Zealand, and held senior leadership roles at Spark, where she led large-scale sales portfolios across enterprise, government and corporate sectors.

With deep expertise in digital transformation, data and commercial growth, Shannon is known for building high-performing teams, strengthening partnerships, and driving innovation.
