Shannon Harris is Managing Director of HP New Zealand. In this role, she is responsible for leading HP’s strategy, operations, and market engagement across the country. She works closely with the local team and partner ecosystem to deliver innovative technology solutions that create meaningful outcomes for customers, businesses, and communities. With more than 25 years of experience in the technology sector, Shannon has a strong track record in commercial leadership, relationship management, and team performance.

She is a culture-first leader who puts people at the centre, fostering an environment where high-performing teams thrive, and lasting partnerships are built. Shannon is passionate about the role technology can play in shaping a more productive, equitable, and sustainable Aotearoa. She is focused on how a hybrid world and digital transformation will reshape our lives, while supporting digital equity, sustainability, and emerging talent in New Zealand. Based in Auckland, Shannon is a mum to two teenagers. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, skiing, gardening, hiking, and cooking.
