Meredith leads our New Zealand’s People Consulting practice, where her work is focused on organisational and workforce transformation Meredith is also EY New Zealand’s People Partner and is passionate about creating an environment where our people can thrive
Meredith focuses on helping organisations navigate complex, large-scale transformation and transaction challenges, building trusted relationships with clients and delivering outcomes aligned to their organisational context and objectives. She has significant experience across organisational design, workforce transition, cultural integration and change strategy.
Prior to returning to New Zealand, she spent eight years in EY’s EMEIA practice in London, leading major organisational integrations across acquisitions and mergers, with a focus on leadership, workforce transition and cultural integration.
