Chloe is the Chief Operating Officer at Auckland Airport, a key infrastructure asset and the primary border for New Zealand, supporting 19 million travellers annually and ranking as the country’s third largest trade port by value. With extensive experience leading operational teams, Chloe is spearheading a significant transformation of the airport’s operating model and infrastructure, including new terminals and expanded airfield capacity, while ensuring safe and resilient operations. Previously, Chloe held senior executive roles at Air New Zealand, managing airport operations, border readiness, and large-scale changes across a global network.
