Sarah Baddeley is a Partner and Director at New Zealand management consultancy firm, MartinJenkins. This, together with her wide experience, enables her to work with boards and executive teams on problems that may otherwise be confronting and uncomfortable to tackle. Sarah also leads the Auckland practice of MartinJenkins.
Originally trained as a commercial regulatory economist at the New Zealand Treasury, Sarah has accumulated a wealth of experience across both the public and private sectors. Her portfolio spans industries such as water, energy, transport, labour markets, healthcare, and social services. She has held a number of senior roles in the public and private sector both here and in Australia. She also spent a period as Economic Advisor to the Minister of Finance and Deputy Prime Minister.
