Matt Wilson is the Managing Director of DB Breweries Limited (part of The HEINEKEN Company) and has been with the company since 2009. He is an experienced senior executive who has worked in New Zealand, Asia and Europe across multiple sectors.

During his time with HEINEKEN, Matt has held various roles across the legal, corporate affairs, strategic transformation and general management functions. In 2016, he moved to HEINEKEN Vietnam, one of the largest operations within HEINEKEN globally, before returning to New Zealand and DB in 2020. Prior to joining DB, Matt worked in Europe and in New Zealand in legal and banking.
